MOHER Capital is an independent private investment firm which seeks to generate long-term value and returns by investing our own capital, experience, and effort to form long lasting partnerships with company management. With an operational focus, we are uniquely suited to invest in the small businesses that are overlooked by the majority of debt & equity capital. 

We leverage our own operating experience and that of our Advisory Board to work collaboratively with management to drive value thru executing on value improvement opportunities: operational improvements, joint venture strategies and strategic acquisitions. Thru combining our strategic, financial and operating expertise with a commitment to the business, its constituents and the community it serves, our goal is to generate long-term returns by investing our own capital, skills, and time to build successful partnerships with company management.  

We don't invest in businesses to turn a quick profit like most private investment firms and because of our investor base have the ability to patiently grow an investment as well as the management team around it. We don't have a formulaic 2,3,or 5 year investment horizon and recognize that some opportunities take time and effort to harvest. As a result of our operational backgrounds, we aren't afraid to "roll up our sleeves" and spend long nights assisting management when needed.
